An estimated 100,000 people lined the streets of Edinburgh to watch the 30th anniversary Evening News Festival Cavalcade. TryCycling in Edinburgh were among the 70 different groups taking part in the parade. Over a hundred enthusiasts joined the group to display a wide variety of bicycles including tandems, recumbents, BMX, MTB, tag a longs, mini bikes, unicycles, speedway and road bikes. Those who took part were aged from 3 to 73 and ranged from beginners to Olympic level. A picture of one of our cyclists was featured as centre page of the Evening News Cavalcade Special.
